Miss University of Rhode Island 2011 Robin Boner competed in the Miss Rhode Island Competition and has successfully become Miss Rhode Island 2011.  Robin Boner is a sister of the Alpha Phi sorority at the University of Rhode Island.  She is an active sister and will be competing in the Miss America competition.  We would like to congratulate Miss Rhode Island Robin Boner.
